Obviously, I'm not turning the big 3 oh or 4 oh anytime soon. So i was wondering if anyone knows any magazines that offers fashion and grooming tips for young men around the age of 18 -25. Something around that range.

GQ does. It's a men's magazine, and it's advertised as such:

Their website even has a fashion section.
