Ok, I’m 315 pounds with only 6′1 of height. I’m natually very broad shouldered along with my fatness. I mainly want tips of how to hide manboobs, but I generally wanna look smaller. I gave up on the diet cause it isn’t working and I only have less than a month before I meet some important people. I want to make a good impression.
Make sure to dress impeccably. People who dress well exude confidence, and if you’re overweight, a lot of people will overlook it.Oh, and get a hair cut the week before; it’ll make you look sharper.

Dress in dark colors - they slim down the proportions.
And don’t give up on your diet, because even if it doesn’t slim you down by your intended date, it’ll help you out in the long run.

Don’t give up on your diet…
Eat healthy (veggies/fruit) not too much or any meat/desert/candy/junk food
Exercise / Lift weights ( 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes per day.)
3 - 5 weeks, you’ll see improvements.

best tip anyone struggling with their weight could ever receive:
don’t dress like you’re thin, and don’t dress like you’re 100 pounds heavier than you are. dress to fit YOUR body. you may be tempted to try a pair of super tight jeans or a large instead of an xxl, but if you wear clothes that don’t fit you right, it will just make the extra weight more obvious. similarly, you’ll look bigger if you try and hide it by wearing an xxxxl instead of an xl. the key is to find your exact size and wear flattering patterns (NO HORIZONTAL STRIPES) and styles.
try wearing a straight leg jean, and possibly have them tailored to your exact size. vertical stripes are slimming, so a well-fitting buttondown with thin white vertical stripes would look nice.. then just a jacket (not too baggy, but big enough to fit around you) and nice shoes - the important part is to look put together, because people will notice that instead of any extra tummy
hope this helped! :]

Is it fair to assume that the important people are for Business? If so, definitely don’t go for the hoodie. The most important thing is to get a suit that fits you correctly. Don’t wear it straight off the rack, get it tailored to your body. Baggy clothing makes you look bigger. Also, a suit with a jacket will help hide man boobs.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Why settle for "look thinner" when you can actually "get thinner?"
All you need do is make the Switch from corn oil and watch your waistline shrink By then, you’re not only "looking thinner" but also "being thinner" too.
Coconut oil is rich in medium-chain fatty acids, medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).
Unlike longer-chain fatty acids, the medium-chain fatty acids in coconut oil are tiny enough to enter your cells’ mitochondria directly.
This means your cells use the fat from coconut oil for energy instantly, instead of storing it for later use.
A Boston University study gave one group corn oil (longer-chain fatty acids) and the other medium-chain fatty acids.
After 90 days, those that got the medium-chain fatty acids lost weight, increased their insulin receptivity and even lowered their overall cholesterol.1
Another study published this year in the journal Lipids compared coconut oil with soybean oil. The women taking coconut oil saw their waist lines shrink and their HDL “good” cholesterol levels increase. Meanwhile, the women taking soybean oil didn’t see any change in their waist size. Plus, LDL, or “bad”, cholesterol levels rose and HDL levels dropped.
Find out which other natural foods can make you a success in losing weight and being thin ( and fit ) in the article listed below.
Hope this helps.
